REMEDI seeks an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Business Development Representative, reporting to our VP of Professional Services and Sourcing, preferably to be located in our Columbus office. Successful candidate will have a history of demonstrated success in developing NEW business in the EAI professional services space. In particular, this success would be related to placing contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement EAI resources, with business clients. EAI professional services and placement opportunities will be with prospects utilizing business integration tools such as webMethods, Tibco, MS BizTalk, SeeBeyond, IBM InfoSphere, Vitria, Gentran Integration Suite, and more.

2) Operations Supervisor:
Growing, diverse company has an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to oversee their chemical production plant. The qualified candidate will oversee daily production operations including receiving, storing, warehousing, manufacturing,packaging and shipping product by rail and truck. The candidate will report to the general manager and oversee up to 10 full-time employees and additional seasonal staff. They will be involved daily with ensuring safety procedures, optimizing production, ensuring excellent customer relations, meeting production deadlines, overseeing preventative maintenance, production scheduling and working within budgets and timelines. This position is very hands-on and will require candidates to be on the production floor up to 50% of their day. It will be your goal to operate the facility in a safe and responsible manner through the efficient and effective use of physical and capital resources.

Candidates are required to have excellent communication skills, including coaching and mentoring the production staff and optimizing client relationships. This opportunity requires individuals to have previous production management experience. Individuals should be fast paced, have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to increase efficiencies and Microsoft Office experience. Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects and communicate well at all levels.

Client is looking for candidates from chemical, food (liquid or dried goods) or ethanol industries.

Requirements for the Operations Supervisor:
1. A Bachelors Degree; a technical field preferred 2. 5-7 years of production management in a food (liquid or dried goods), chemical or ethanol environment 3. Experience increasing efficiencies and reducing scrap 4. Microsoft Office

Skills that are preferred, BUT NOT required:
1. Chemical or Chemistry Degree
2. ISO certification experience
3. Strong customer communication skills
4. Mechanical aptitude
