Part Time Position Available

Sollmann Electric in Sidney is looking for a Part-time Office Assistant. Below are the details.

Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days per week.). 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

Pay: $10.00 to $10.65 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).

Description: Provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the entire office. Answer 5 lines and forward phone calls, take messages, work orders and bid requests. Provide clerical support to president, project managers, estimators, office manager, and bookkeeper. Greet visitors to company office and sign in and check in material. Open/distribute mail. Order office supplies, company clothing, etc. Maintain fire extinguishers & cell phones. Preparation of bids, scheduling of driver, etc. Miscellaneous other support duties.

Qualifications: High School Diploma -- business curriculum preferred and minimum 1-year office/secretarial experience. Proficient on Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Good math skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
